Good Anywhere is an app to plan trips. Here’s, in plain words, what data we use and why.
What we keep
- Your trips (dates, plans, bookings, expenses, notes and to-dos) are kept on your phone.
- If you create an account, your name, email and trips are kept on our server (Supabase) so you have them on every device and can share them with the people you invite.
- If you publish a trip to the community, what you choose is shown (plans, stay, notes), with your name or anonymously.
- Feedback you send us from the app.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We don’t read your booking emails: when you paste one, the text is read on your phone.
Services that help us
To search places we use Google Maps Platform; for weather, Open-Meteo; for some photos, Unsplash; for exchange rates, Frankfurter (European Central Bank data); for accounts and sync, Supabase; and to deliver app updates, Expo. These services only get what they need to do their job (for example, the name of the place you search).
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data, and delete your account, at any time. Write to hola@goodanywhere.app and we’ll do it.
